Backed by CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering
CCDC entered the Bangladesh oil and gas market in 2024 and has since secured five EPC drilling contracts. Alongside EPC operations the project executes two specialist scopes: slick line operation services and drill stem testing.
Leveraging its operational scale and engineering capability, CCDC has become the largest EPC drilling contractor in Bangladesh.
Behind the Bangladesh project stands CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering: a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation, headquartered in Chengdu, with more than sixty years in oil and gas exploration and development and the largest oilfield service fleet in China.

Integrated drilling and well services
In Bangladesh we deliver EPC drilling with two specialist scopes running alongside it. Behind that sits the full service line of CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering, from geosteering and managed pressure drilling to cementing, fluids, stimulation and well control.

Rig, crew, materials and engineering under a single contract, with the operator carrying a fixed cost and a fixed schedule.
